SHIKI Designs – cocktail dresses
Fall 2009 is coming in like gangbusters judging by the newness at SHIKI! Brand new is this beautiful cocktail dress that embodies elegant glamour and superb texturing, which is a hallmark of Shinichi Mathy‘s designs. The cowl necked top beautifully complements the bubble skirt, both embellished with a stylized gingham check texture. It comes in lots of delicious colours: black, maroon, violet, gold and topaz. This is the perfect date dress and a refreshing change from your little black dress, which I know you have stashed away in your inventory! Also stay tuned for the reveal of SHIKI’s Fall 2009 collection at KMADD on October 24, 10 am to 12 pm slt.

Kissed by Lithium – Ritalin
From Kissed by Lithium comes this adorable little number called Sweet Ritalin. A flouncy, flirty prim miniskirt in suede sets off the tied shrug halter top and optional white corset. You can’t quite see the delicate shading and the boning of the corset in these pictures but it’s quite visible when you wear it! It comes in tons of colours: cream, mint green, pink and teal. This week KBL has released another version of the Ritalin line called Bitter Ritalin which features the same silhouette but with a darker edge.

Angel of October – Leandra Breen
The winner of Angel Dessous’ Angel of the Month for October is Leandra Breen! There were a ton of worthy and gorgeous pictures and the runners up were: 2nd winner Sheena Devinna and third, Haydin Inglewood. L’Abel Fall 2009
Neferia Abel, creator of L’Abel, has thoroughly outdone herself with her new Fall line this year! After a short break, Nef’s back in full force with some of the most beautiful and stylish designs I’ve seen on the grid so far this season. They are modern with a hint of old-style glamour and very sexy! I can’t say enough about how pleased I was when I tried on these new items.
Emelie is the perfect little black cocktail dress. It features extremely realistic sequins to embellish the dress and it also includes a silver sequined bolero jacket with sculpted sleeves and neck. Three textured buttons decorate the back of the bolero.

Casual glamour is the word for this green pantsuit called Sindy. It features a sculpted, crocheted bolero with scarf and prim puffy sleeves, textured belt for the matching crocheted tunic and flare legged, prim pants.

Vivvike is a stunning blouse and sequined high-waist, pencil skirt and screams pure sophistication. It features a sculpted silk scarf and draped-neck, silk blouse with sculpted prim sleeves to match the glittery skirt.

SHIKI Fall 2009
Check out this Fall 2009 loveliness by SHIKI Designs! Now available is a gorgeous suede coat with fur trim and comes in three colours, Violet, Burgundy and Midnight. I’ve paired the coats with unisex SHIKI jeans also new out this Fall. They come in lots of shades: Sepia, Lavender, Olive, Blue and Black. The jacket belt and lower prim is sculpted and fits like a dream. The fur texture is realistic and flexi. If you love jackets and coats, this is the place to go!

Modd.G September newness!
Cool sophistication is the name of the game when it comes to Modd. G’s newest September releases. With a distinct concentration on the balance of colour and texture, you’ll be sure to find tons that you will love just like I did.
First up is a beautiful frilled, tiered dress called Hannah, which is gorgeously done with an abstract floral texture. The neckline is a lovely modified halter style.
Next is a sexy belted number seen here in purple called Jacqueline. I love the photorealistic belt and flirty prim skirt.
Then there’s a cool and classy rouched off the shoulder top in red called Zoey, which I’ve paired with a white sculpted, texture belted skirt also by Modd.G.
Finally, there’s Sammie, a sleek, richly textured cocktail mini dress. This can take you from daytime to date and anywhere you want to go!

From design maven Annah Whitfield, comes these adorable creations from .:StoRin:. The attention to detail and beautifully wrought textures are a couple of the highlights of these items. First is a lush knee-length cocktail dress called Twiggy. Different layers are included so break out that fabulous jewelry, scarves or jackets and you can have tons of fun accessorizing this already perfect dress.
Next is a chic and sexy high waisted sculpted skirt called Berry. I love the detailed textured belt and again there are different layers for mixing and matching. I’ve chosen to accessorize the skirt with a leather tote called Beje also from .:StoRin:. , a halter style top from Park West called Maya and sunglasses from Armidi Gisaci.
Now, we have a pair of fun shorts called Colby in brown complete with prim leg cuffs and again they come in pants or underwear layers to go with your existing wardrobe.
Lastly, is a fantastic belt called Efemera in the malt shade. This highly detailed prim belt will go with just about anything!

I’m totally jazzed about this new-to-me store called Kissed by Lithium. It’s the brainchild of design team and sisters Marja Languish & Kissowa Kamachi. This store has a bit of everything one could possibly need: jewelry, casual and formal clothes and shoes. I particularly love their casual wear.
First up is a cool casual tank and capris pants look: Atarax top in black and red satin capri pants. The tank is really well made and beautifully finished and comes in lots of great colours as does the capris pants. You even get a set of matching hoop earrings with the tank!
Seen below is the Atarax tank in pink and white jeans with sculptie leg cuffs. Love the jeans!

Eternity Brides – Florence bridal range and sale!
To be released on Monday Sept. 7, is this beautiful bridal range by Eternity Brides & Seldom Blue called Florence. The bridal gown is expertly and delicately textured with a scalloped lace bodice and little rose petals. The skirt is also embellished with lots of sheer silk panels decorated with little rose petals echoed throughout.
