SHIKI reopens July 31!
That’s right SHIKI Designs reopens today and just in time to pick up these spanktacular sexy bikinis! The retro look is the highlight of this summer collection featuring swirls and dots and abstract prints, all rendered in beautiful colours! These beautiful items are in follow up to Shinichi Mathy’s bikini outfits released earlier this season and can be seen here. Each of the bikinis featured in the photos below are only 190L each. SHIKI is well known for its quality and these expertly crafted bikinis do not disappoint!

Naive – Stella Top
Not only is Leah McCullough, owner and designer of Naive, the sweetest person EVER, but she’s also insanely talented. One of her latest designs is the Stella top (fabulous name, I think, but maybe I’m biased hehe). This top is expertly crafted and I love the texturing of the prim flexi sleeves and the stylish tube top that’s embellished with dangling coins. It comes in red gold and silver. Featured in the photo is the gold shade. I love Leah’s designs…they are flirtatious and youthful and always stylish. I think Leah does bohemian style beautifully. The Stella top is only 90L and the fat pack of all colours is 210L

Eena is creative and artistic and is chock full of personal style. I was blown away by her photo that she took of me on the sly and she kindly agreed to let me post it here to show you. Thanks Eena!

Cigar? Cigarette?
Feeling a little retro, got a yen for some vintage? Then the Cigarette Girl costume from Reasonable Desires is just the thing for you. This authentic-looking outfit comes complete with cigarette girl hat, miniskirt, gloves, stockings and even a scripted tray. We use this adorable look for our nightclub and the tray is great to give away little gifties or notecards/LMs to patrons when they click on it. It does come with preloaded samples as is, too. As usual, the outfit is beautifully textured as per all Reasonable Desires’ goods. Only 175L too!

Angel Dessous’ Angel of August winner
August’s winner of Angel Dessous’ Angel of the Month winner is Sweetsmiling Merlin! Congratulations Sweetsmiling! There were a couple of dozen photos from which to choose, all of which were simply gorgeous. There are some stunning Angel Dessous’ wearers out there but this month Sweetsmiling came out on top. Second place winner was Honey Bender and third place honours went to Kimber Kassner.
This is a fantastic contest to take part in and really easy to participate in. Here’s what you do:
Go to the Angel of the Month Flickr Group
There will be a limit of 2 photo submissions with a minimum size of 512 x 512 pixels
Name your photos Angel of the Month and the designation for the month following your entry.
A panel of five judges comprised will select the best three.
The top photo will be awarded the following:
L$10,000 from Angel Dessous.
Photo shoot at Stella Stapleton Studio in a new/recent Angel Dessous release for display in the Angel Dessous Mainstore, Avenue Magazine and some of the biggest blogs of Second Life.
Two honorable mentions will each receive an Angel Dessous Store giftcard worth of 2000 and 3000 L$
All photos are to be of models in Angel Dessous Lingerie. vSelection will be based on model looks, styling and creativity.

Amelia Earheart Found!
You heard right! Amelia the Pilot can be found at Reasonable Desires, as a matter of fact. Well, at least her look can be found there…! The outfit is complete with detailed aviator hat, flowing scarf, aviator jacket with fur cuffs and collar and belted jodhpurs. This authentic retro look can be yours for a mere 199L.

Some scrumptious loveliness from sachi Vixen‘s Adam n Eve! First up is “Billie” a summery, flirty, casual mini and shirt set shown here in pink. Really detailed texturing makes this outfit stand out and a beautiful collared open necked shirt adds some head-turning action. Included are different shirt layers for mixing and matching.
Next up is “Bobbie” an adobable denim mini and modestly opaque, open necked, cropped shirt. Again, different layers of the shirt are included for matching.
Next is something a little more glamourous called “Freyja“. A lovely, sparkly little black dress that comes with a flouncy mini or a straight micro mini option. The waistline cutouts and halter style back ties are seductive and alluring.

Gumi’s Bad Box – Pick Flowers (Strippable!)
I thought Gumi Yao’s other creations were adorable but this one takes the cake so far! It’s from Gumi’s Bad Box and callled Pick Flowers. and you can do just that! When you click on every bloom, they will disappear! So, you can just imagine the fun possibilities 
Gumi’s also made her previous recent creations “Whip Cream” and “Fruit” scripted in this way as well. The outfits are quite inexpensive at 99L each and with each purchase you get three outfits. This is because once the prims disappear they won’t reappear, so you can have loads of fun before having to purchase more.
