Taxi anyone?
I think this outfit called “Cab Cutie” from Reasonable Desires is too cute for words! It made me smile when I put it on..don’t know if it’s the bright yellow colour or the adorable hat (I’m always a sucker for a cute hat) or what, but it just makes me happy! You will smile too at the price. Only 99L! As usual with designs by Reasonable Desires, you get a couple of looks out of it. There’s a halter and shorts as well as a bra and panties.

Aloha summer dresses @ SHIKI
Shinichi Mathy puts “the chic” in SHIKI in his latest summer creations called “Aloha“. These latest summer dresses feature a low v-neckline and slim skirt. The artistry in these designs is in the gorgeous texturing, as per Shinichi’s usual expertise. They are elegant and vibrant in style and colour showing off the hand-drawn detail of the floral design. The dresses will be available for sale very soon and the yellow style called Keilani will be available only to group members when the dresses are released. Currently, the mainstore is being redesigned, so check in for these dresses later in the week.

Angel Dessous – Angel of July- Julie Hastings
I’m pleased to announce the Flickr winner of Angel Dessous’ Angel of the Month for July – the beautiful and charming Julie Hastings. Julie, in her own right, is a wonderful photographer. While the choices were many and all absolutely gorgeous, Julie came out on top this month. Equally lovely were the runners-up this month: Gabriella Trefusis and Honey Bender. Julie is the recipient of the 10,000L cash prize and will be featured in an advert in Avenue and Sxy2nd magazines as well as high profile blogs.
If you haven’t thrown your hat in the ring for this really fun contest, here’s what you do:
Go to the Angel of the Month Flickr Group
There will be a limit of 2 photo submissions with a minimum size of 512 x 512 pixels
Name your photos Angel of the Month and the designation for the month following your entry.
A panel of five judges comprised will select the best three.
The top photo will be awarded the following:
L$10,000 from Angel Dessous.
Photo shoot at Stella Stapleton Studio in a new/recent Angel Dessous release for display in the Angel Dessous Mainstore, Avenue Magazine and some of the biggest blogs of Second Life.
Two honorable mentions will each receive an Angel Dessous Store giftcard worth of 2000 and 3000 L$
All photos are to be of models in Angel Dessous Lingerie. Selection will be based on model looks, styling and creativity.

Pout – Ooh La La!
New prettiness at Pout in the form of the Ooh La La dress! It’s so cute! This corset minidress comes with lace prim skirt and lacy sleeves as well as a no-lace option for both and 3 different sleeve options. I love the textured folds in the bodice and the flexi properties of the prim skirt is wonderful! It’s reasonably priced at 275L too!

Reasonable Desires “Miss Kitty” burlesque
Get ready to do the can-can all the way to Reasonable Desires because you HAVE to own this superlative lingerie/costume set called Miss Kitty. There are so many layers to this look that I don’t know where to start. First of all…it has pasties…I said PASTIES people…you know you want it! There are also two different styles of gloves in lace or satin, lots of different stockings, a short and long prim skirt, as well as a bra with a halter neckline in case you don’t feel brave enough to don the pasties and corset alone. I think my favourite bits of this entire gorgeous outfit are the hair accents. You get an oversized flower AND a cute little hat. Take a close look at them too…they are exquisitely made. I’d pay a mint for them alone!

SHIKI Designs – Summer dresses
Feminine, light and lovely is the name of the game this summer at SHIKI! These new summer dresses are perfect for that fine summer day…a romantic walk on your favourite sim, out shopping or just hanging around the garden. I just love the textures of these dresses, which are bright and airy and as colourful as a bunch of wildflowers. Shown here in the pics is Bouquet, Sunshine and Indigo.

It’s been all over the grid and the blogs for the last day or so, but for the few people who have not yet heard, Neferia Abel (creator of Ivalde and L’Abel) is temporarily closing her inworld shops for family and health reasons. Neferia has been a stalwart and prolific creator for a very long time and to think of shopping without a visit to her stores is very saddening. I am, for one, very hopeful that she will return as promised in a few months and until then we will wait with bated breath; all the while wishing all the best for her and her family. I am very sure she will be just as successful with her ‘dream project’ as she has been in Second life ®. A big thanks to Beulah Mills and SerenityVal Alcott (a.k.a. Sere) for all your hard work and always being a friendly face to me especially as well as a breath of fresh air to all the customers! I was lucky enough to create the photos for Neferia’s new store L’Abel and it was a sincere pleasure and honour to do it. I hope when the time comes, I’ll be able to lend a helping hand once again. Good luck Nef and thanks for everything!
